Seu Pizza Illuminati is a Neapolitan style pizzeria in the outskirts of Trastevere.
Ranked as 3rd best in Italy and 6th in the world, this will be one of the finest pizza experiences you will have.
The menu includes all the classics and other innovative pizzas, which change on a regular basis.
The fritti section is also an interesting read and includes some great takes on classic Neapolitan street foods.
They also offer a tasting menu with various slices of pizzas and fried goods.
They have a great selection of wines and craft beers to accompany the food.

"In addition to numerous pizza options, I strongly recommend starting with Seu Pizza Illuminati’s fritti. Some of my favorites include fried eggplant parmigiana and a carbonara supplì. Needless to say, come hungry!
