Valentina Balgavi
"Sushisamba, with its fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences, is a culinary gem located not only in London but also in various destinations across the globe. Each dish is a masterpiece, brimming with exquisite flavour.
They have a whole separate vegan menu which is incredible so I couldn’t resist not trying the rest. I enjoyed their selection of vegan sushi that had a good combination of maki rolls and nigiri, combined with edamame, hot mushroom clay pot, asparagus robata and quinoa wraps.
