"A large geothermal area that you can take some time to explore. The area contains a number of features, such as geothermal fields, pseudo craters, and lava formations. As you drive by you will see the Blue Lake and the Bjarnaflag Geothermal Powerplant which can be observed from the road. The area in which you can actually walk around is a little further down the raod at Hverir.
