The menu begins with the fried starters, including the Roman classic suppli and some contemporary variations. You will also find some dishes from the Neapolitan style pizzeria. Following on, you have the savoury maritozzi, a Roman traditional bun usually filled with whipped cream and sugar. Here, they serve them with various interesting savoury fillings. Just as the Neapolitan style pizzeria, the pizzas are divided into 3 sections. You have the classics first, such as marinara, followed by the 'not so classic', innovative takes on them, and finally the 'eccentric' section, with their own everchanging specials.
