"We visited on a sunny Sunday afternoon, and there was a short line down the sidewalk outside. The host told us our booth number and we went in to find a bustling pizza shop run like a well-oiled machine. We had a tomato pie with sausage and mozz, and a white clam pizza with bacon. Both pizzas we delicious, Neapolitan style, and devoured in short order. We did find the outer crust to be a little bit of a chore to eat, but still yummy.
Frank Pepe’s is a historical, Wooster St attraction, and while definitely good, we liked neighboring Sally’s a little bit better. You have ti try them both to decide which you prefer!"

"This is a controversial opinion of ours, but Pepe’s pizza is overrated. They have gone downhill since franchising so much. Definitely go to try it if you've never been but there are better places for Pizza."
