If you’re exploring Centro for a day and craving tacos, stop by Los Cucuyos. It’s a staple that’s been around for years and you get to order your tacos, eat on the street because there’s no seating, and then get back in line to order more tacos. It’s a beautiful experience and they’ve got different meats like ojo, cachete, tripa, and lengua. 

This restaurant was featured in "The Taco Chronicles" Netflix show. Apparently, the suadero and al pastor tacos are delightful!

Made famous by Anthony Bourdain, if you're wanting some of the best suadero tacos in Mexico, this is the spot.

This is a a popular taco spot with a variety of meat options (including organ meats)

This taqueria is open 24/7 so it's a must place after a long part!

In Centro, open 24 hours and supposedly AMAZING
