Day 1: Catania

Morning

Start your day with a granita and briosche at Pasticceria Savia, an historic cafè located in Via Etnea, the longest pedestrian street of Catania, in the heart of the city.

They are well known in the city for their arancini, aka rice fried balls with different fillings inside, but you will be amazed by their granita too! I especially enjoy their fresh whipped cream to put on top. Also placed in the main pedestrian street of the city, Via Etnea, it is the perfect place to have breakfast to start exploring the city!

Day 2: Scala dei Turchi & Greek Temples' Valley

Start the day early as it would take approx 2h 30mins to get to the south west coast, but believe me, totally worth it! Spend the day at the beach with the magnificent view of the Stair of the Turks, and wait until sunset time for a visit to the Valley of Temples to be teleported to Ancient Greece!

The last day is all about adventure! From the vulcano all the way to the sea. Start your morning with an easy hike to the Etna. Head over at Crateri Silvestri: here, you can either choose to walk around the inactive craters at your own pace or get into one of the many tours provided at Rifugio Sapienza.
