V19E8: Secret Arches and Overlooks of Moab

Christopher Shontz
In this episode, I take the Jeep and travel deep into Moab's backcountry in search of scenery, adventure, and incredible natural features. The video kicks off at the foot of a spectacular sandstone arch, and then I continue wandering to discover an idyllic campsite and viewpoint along a canyon rim.

Mexican Food in Moab

As of November, 2022, a relatively new destination in Moab, Utah, for a delicious, Mexican, dining experience...

El Tapatio - Moab

A Mexican restaurant that's relatively new to town, as of 2022. Shannon and I ate there three times during our stay in Moab, and while it isn't perfect, it is very, very good especially after spending a long day touring Moab's amazing backcountry. The melted cheese dip is phenomenal, so make sure you get that. The margaritas are delcious and refreshing. I had a smothered burrito that I loved, a mountain of chimichangas that were very tasty and filling. My only very minor complaint was that the quesadillas lacked rigidity and required a fork and knife, although they were still quite good. If you're looking for a sit-down Mexican experience in Moab, this is a good one!
