Christopher Shontz
"A Mexican restaurant that's relatively new to town, as of 2022. Shannon and I ate there three times during our stay in Moab, and while it isn't perfect, it is very, very good especially after spending a long day touring Moab's amazing backcountry. The melted cheese dip is phenomenal, so make sure you get that. The margaritas are delcious and refreshing. I had a smothered burrito that I loved, a mountain of chimichangas that were very tasty and filling. My only very minor complaint was that the quesadillas lacked rigidity and required a fork and knife, although they were still quite good. If you're looking for a sit-down Mexican experience in Moab, this is a good one!"
