📍Ueno & Yanaka
Ueno is beautiful to walk around but Yanaka is my favorite part of Tokyo -- a retro miracle. Given what Tokyo has been through, Yanaka is a town that escaped the devastation of the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923 and allied bombings of WWII.
Ueno Park
@veronicaflores
In Japanese, “hanami” literally means “flower viewing.” If you are here during cherry blossom season, this is one of the spots I recommend you visit! Let’s go hanami at Ueno Park! 🌸
