Where to sightsee
Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay, Singapore
@little.miss.picky
Throughout the movie, you'll see multiple scenes where this building is featured in the background, but more importantly, Nick apologizes to Rachel on behalf of his family and proposes to her for the first time here at Esplanade Park (near the Lim Bo Seng memorial along Queen Elizabeth Walk).
Nicknamed by locals as "the durians", you can enjoy free performances at the Concourse and National Day Parade fireworks at the Waterfront here.

@little.miss.picky
In the movie, the Supertree Grove is the lavish location of Colin (Chris Pang) and Araminta (Sonoya Mizuno)'s wedding after-party.
Don't miss the free Garden Rhapsody light and sound show every night at 7:45/ 8:45 p.m. Would also recommend checking out the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome (ticketed).

Ann Siang Hill
@little.miss.picky
Shown briefly in the movie where Eleanor (Nick's mom played by THE Michelle Yeoh) makes her way to meet Rachel at the mahjong parlour.
Located near Chinatown, this instagrammable hotspot full of restored shophouses is known for its chill cafes in the daytime (such as Maxi Coffee Bar, the secluded PS. Cafe etc.) and vibrant nightlife scene (check out Native Bar). Be sure to walk pass the Ann Siang Hill Park and shop at local boutiques, like Lorna Jane activewear and Yumumu womenswear.

Sentosa
@little.miss.picky
In the movie, Colin and Araminta hold their bachelor/bachelorette parties at Samsara Island and Rawa Island. Although all these scenes were actually filmed in Langkawi (Malaysia), Singapore's equivalent is Sentosa Island, which might even be bigger and better!
There are loads of things to do on this man-made resort island, but be sure to check out Tanjong Beach Club or Ola Beach Club. If you're on Siloso/Palawan Beach, you should be able to catch the fireworks from the Wings of Time show (at around 8pm) for free!

Where to eat
Newton Food Centre
@little.miss.picky
The first stop after picking Nick and Rachel up from the airport, Colin and Araminta bring them here to try local Singaporean food.
Reopened in Feb 2023 after a three-month renovation, the open air seating and satay stalls (my fave: TKR Yummy Chicken Wings) are part of what makes this hawker center stand out among the rest.

CHIJMES
@little.miss.picky
The grand venue for Colin and Araminta's (and many real life couples') wedding ceremony, CHIJMES used to be a girls' school run by French Catholic nuns.
Today, it is THE place to go for good food and drinks - highly recommend Hvala, The Winery Tapas and Senor Taco.

Humpback
@little.miss.picky
In the movie, Rachel's best friend Peik Lin (Awkwafina) consoles and convinces her to stand up to her future mother-in-law Eleanor here.
This seafood restaurant and wine bar will not disappoint you with its happy hour oysters (SGD 4 each) and Wine Wednesdays (20% off selected wine bottles)!

CÉ LA VI Singapore: Restaurant, SkyBar & Club Lounge
@little.miss.picky
At the end of the movie, Nick and Rachel celebrate their engagement with everyone at the Ce La Vi restaurant on top of Marina Bay Sands.
At the SkyBar here, enjoy an awe-inspiring spectacle of Singapore's bustling cityscape from atop with a glass of Singapore Sling in hand. Talk about living the life!
