Sevilla, this cute little city, is like a gluten-free gold mine. My holiday vibes there were top-notch – people are sweet, and the whole scene is just easygoing. Now, let's talk food. I went all in on Mexican and Caribbean eats, had cakes that were pure bliss, and those smoothies? Let's just say they were liquid happiness. Sevilla, you're a gluten-free foodie's dream come true! 🍰🌮🍹

Looking for lunch in all the right places! There's no shortage of great spots for lunch while sightseeing in Manhattan.
Many of the top notch spots are dinner-only, so I've compliled a list of where you can get an amazing veg lunch. From fast casual burgers to Chinese to elevated veg cuisine, here are my list of great spots.
Not all of these spots are "veg exclusive" so if you'd prefer an all-veg spot, I've indicated those omnivore joints (and let you know what to order for veg!).

New York City is chock-full of restaurants with various cuisines from around the world. With so many places to eat, you may find yourself struggling to make a decision about where to grab a bite.
Are you in the mood for Mexican food? Italian? Indian? Japanese? If you’re vegan or just love plant-based food, you can choose from any of the above cuisines, too. New York restaurants know that vegan isn’t one size fits all, which is why their restaurants are based on your food palate and preferred dining experience, as opposed to just excluding meat from their menus.

Possible controversial opinion: London really doesn't rain as much as others think it does 😂 Grey and clouds are the go-to weather forecast, and this makes being outside and exploring the city by foot absolutely doable.
But when it does rain, exploring a museum or gallery is a great way to still capitalise on a day out. There are SO many all over London and most of them are FREE - an incredible offering that is pretty unique to this city. And there's not much more quintessentially local than to get cosy in a nearby pub afterwards 🤍
Check out this guide for a wide mix - from war museums to immersive art and photography exhibits!

There are few traditions more quintessentially British than the classic Sunday roast.
This meal is a must if you're in London on a Sunday - whether you're in a cute garden in the summer or bundled up in the winter.
And these are my favourites. The list is short because I keep going to them over and over 😊

The man, the myth, the legend. American actor Bill Murray is arguably Charleston’s biggest local celebrity.
That’s right, Bill moved to Charleston a while back and continues to pop up at local events and invest in new Charleston ventures. For this reason, a Bill Murray run-in is kind of seen as a right of passage to becoming a true Charleston local. For many, it takes years for this to happen, but with a stroke of luck and sprinkling of strategy, you might be able to find him much sooner! Here are the best Charleston places to frequent if you want to up your odds of a Bill Murray sighting.

This itinerary outlines nine days of continuous adventure on the North Island of New Zealand. Spend a couple days exploring Auckland and the nearby islands, head out west for some black sand beaches and secret coves, hit up some insane hiking trails, and head to the east coast for some stunning beaches that draw the local crowds all summer.
This itinerary is partially in hotels, but most of it is geared towards campervanning or rooftop tenting it through the North Island (that's what we did & LOVED it). It also includes a few hours of driving a day, and quite a few hiking opportunities (of course these can be substituted for other activities in the area). If you don't want to drive as much you could always spread the activities over more days, or skip your least favourite part to spend more time in the other areas ... but good luck trying to choose! Each day outlines activities to fill your day, how much driving, what to eat, where to stay, and other suggestions / information.
This itinerary covers the following specific places:
-> Auckland
-> Waiheke Island
-> Hobbiton
-> Marakopa
-> New Plymouth (Mt Taranaki)
-> Tongariro National Park
-> Lake Taupo
-> Coromandel Peninsula
-> Coromandel Forest Park
& so much more!
Note: if you're interested in doing both North and South Island in one trip, you should definitely consider purchasing our 3 week itinerary (found on our thatch home page) as it includes all of this same information & everything on the South Island!
