DC has a way of surprising you. Once you get beyond the hustle and bustle, you’ll find a city where life just happens. It’s in the small moments—neighbors chatting at local shops, kids playing in the parks, and friends gathering over coffee. You can really feel the community spirit, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.
Then there’s Alexandria, just a stone’s throw away. It’s got a relaxed, charming vibe with its cobblestone streets and waterfront paths. It’s the kind of place where you can take a leisurely walk, grab a bite to eat, or just hang out by the water. It feels cozy and inviting, like a little escape from the city buzz.
Together, DC and Alexandria create a nice balance. DC is full of energy and excitement, while Alexandria offers a slower pace when you need a breather. Both places have their unique charm, making them feel like home to anyone who spends time there 🇺🇸

This is an itinerary I made with my family, we did a lot of places in a short period of time, you can definitively stay longer in some places, or do just one part of it ( for example only Galicia , Cantabria & Asturias; or only Pais Vasco )
The only place I would skip in this itinerary is Vigo, the rest of them are incredibly nice. Orense is nothing special but the Canyon is worth visiting.

More and less-known locations around the city as well as best cafes and restaurants.
I lived in Vilnius for 28 years and I know many corners but still discover new places as a visitor. I recommend restaurants and cafes that I like. I seek out cosy places, nice interior, delicious food or good coffee.
In this guide you will also find the best viewpoints around the city as well as hikes for the active travellers.

From the hills of Grasse, to the Cannes beaches, Monaco for a day to historic Mougins. I will curate a trip of a lifetime depending on your interests and must do’s!

Cork, also known as ‘the rebel city’ from their past support of Warbeck, is one of Ireland’s main tourist destinations, behind Dublin, of course. However, if you’re looking for something a bit closer to that true Irish feeling and something that’s a bit nicer to your bank account, Cork is it.

A lot of people come through Purmamarca, Argentina on a day trip, and some others might spend one or two nights here. I stayed an entire week! Since my guest house only provided breakfast, and didn’t allow us to use the kitchen otherwise, I ate out all my lunches and dinners. I tried my best to go to a new restaurant for each meal. While certain things seem to be slightly more expensive in Purmamarca, such as lodging and laundry, the food prices tend to compare quite nicely to the rest of the region. Wondering where you should eat in Purmamarca? Check out the list below:
