This is our Wild Wild West Road Trip in West Texas and New Mexico. We visited 4 National Parks on this trip and multiple state parks. This region is great for road trips because everything is in fairly good proximity. This is the culmination of 60-plus hours of research and work to save you time. We do this so you can enjoy the most important part which is the trip itself!

At every hour of the day, tacos can be found served from street vendors, sit-down restaurants, or from a late-night hole in the wall.
From this guide, you'll experience a variety of flavors from Mexico City. Whatever your favorite type of taco is, start with the Al Pastor, which has been a signature taco of the city since its inception in the 1930s when it was introduced by Lebanese immigrants.
