The Middle East is a remarkable region. The cradle of civilization to the crossroads of East and West, the region has so much to offer. Unfortunately, instability and war makes travel to some countries like Iraq and Syria impossible and to others like Lebanon and Israel/Palestine challenging.
In steps Jordan: the most stable country in the Middle East and maybe the safest country I've ever visited. I had the amazing opportunity to spend three months living in Amman and exploring all around the country.
While Jordan may not be quite as culturally rich as its neighbors, there are a lot of amazing sights to explore. Petra's ancient facades speaks for themselves. The sandy dunes and alien-like rock formations of Wadi Rum is (literally) the movie image of Mars. The Dead Sea is a buoyant and beautiful place. And this only cracks the surface.
This guide is an all-in-one-place guide to exploring Jordan and the wealth of exploring Jordan. This guide features listings from Amman, Jerash, the Dead Sea, sights on the Kings Highway (i.e. Madaba), Petra and Wadi Musa, Wadi Rum, and Aqaba. If you need a more hands on approach to a trip to Jordan, reach out to me! I offer planning services to craft the perfect Jordanian itinerary for you.
So as the Jordanians would say, yalla!

Egypt & Jordan - considered two unbelievable wonders of the world - provide thousands of years of history.
This 14-day itinerary has been put together based on a group trip I led for clients back in 2022. It was my 2nd time to Egypt and my first-time to Jordan - both countries should definitely be visited.
The itinerary is set-up in a way that you could separate out each country if your schedule only allows for minimal travel days. So in essence, you get 2 country itineraries for the price of 1!
Throughout you will experience a dramatic world beyond what you can think, as you enter into two countries filled with legends, history, and indescribable natural beauty.
The itinerary includes a visit to the famous Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx and includes a 4-night Nile River Cruise.
In Jordan, you will visit Petra, the “Rose Red City” that appears as if it emerged straight from the rock bed. Admire the ethereal landscape of the desert city of Wadi Rum, the “Valley of the Moon.” And, indulge at a deluxe spa resort on the Northern shore of the Dead Sea.
We have also added in some key tours, unique experiences and the opporutinity to delve into the culture and flavours of these lands. Hundreds of thousands of years of history and iconic wonders, delicious cuisine, and stretching sunsets fading against the desert horizon – this is Egypt and Jordan.
Note, throughout the itinerary we have listed options available for tours or additional stays to extend your trip and encourage a greater experience and immersion into the countries.

October is the best time to explore Turin and its surroundings while enjoying the white truffle season and Italian autumn 🍂♥️
ALBA, ITALY — This city in the Piedmont region of northwestern Italy takes gastronomy very seriously.
Michelin-starred restaurants lurk around every street corner. The Slow Food movement, which champions the use of local produce and time-honoured cooking techniques, has its headquarters in the nearby town of Bra. The aroma of toasted hazelnuts and chocolate from a Ferrero Rocher plant on the edge of Alba, hangs over the region.
The interest in food grows especially intense in the fall, harvest season for the Alba white truffle. (NY Times)
I’ve put together a perfect plan for two days visit, including
🥐🥂 Turin gems of local food (breakfast, lunch, aperitivo, dinner and bars)
🛍️ Shopping
🖼️ Museum you might be interested to see if you are here for the first time
🍷 Wineries
🍝Spots for enjoying truffle
🤷🏽♀️ Explaining why you can take the truffle hunt off your list
Turin and surroundings has much-much to show, and I’ll be creating new ultimate guides very soon.
Or you can text me in private, and I will help you with your visit itinerary.
