Results for Málaga, Espanha
Although less famous than its Andalusian neighbours (Seville, Córdoba and Granada), Málaga is no slouch in terms of history and culture: its 3,000 years of history make it one of the oldest cities in Europe. A stroll through the historic centre is a journey through time through the Phoenician, Roman, Arab and Christian eras, with attractions such as the 1st-century Roman Theatre, the 11th-century Arab Alcazaba, the 16th-century Gibralfaro Castle (built on the ruins of a Phoenician lighthouse) and the Málaga Cathedral, one of the finest examples of the Andalusian Renaissance. Just to whet your appetite.

Hola!
I didn't need a guide to get around Málaga. You;ll easily find your way around between the old town, Playa Del Sol, the harbour, the gardens, and the sunset view from the ruins.
What I needed was a food guide! Luckily for you I've prepared one😇 Trust me, you won't stop eating on this trip. 🐷

From Malaga to Malaga passing through well- and lesser-known places.
In Spanish it is called "La Ronda de Andalucía" 🇪🇸
Do you know what we liked most ? All the smells on the roads and the friendliness of the Andalusians.
This itinerary, result of many hours of research, has been planned for a 10-day trip but can also be used partially or for a longer time. You can also simply take inspiration from it, use the places it contains or combine our insights with your own researches to create your perfect trip.
In this guide you will find
💡an interactive map
💡a google map itinerary with all the directions of where to go and more than 100 places
💡accommodations, restaurants, bars, tips and impressions and... a selection of Spanish wines (all tested and approved by us)
💡optional adds for modifying or extending your stay
This is a great itinerary if you're coming to Andalusia for the first time and want to combine sightseeing, landscapes, nature, beautiful roads and culinary delights. It's more of an itinerary than an impersonal listing of must-see places and "best" addresses, although you'll find plenty to add to your own interests.
We did it on a Harley Davidson motorcycle, but it's suitable for all types of medium-sized vehicles.
Tag us in the photos you take, I’d love to see you there !

I love Seville. It has great architecture, amazing tapas bars and photogenic in every corner. Looking for a day trip from Madrid? This is a day trip worth your ride.
I stayed in Malaga for 3 months as a student learning Spanish, where I got to experience some of the best parts of the Andalusia region.
Check out this tranquilo-paced guide inspired by the Spaniards' way of living. It comes with a highly recommended tapas place and a map of the ocations.

If you want to visit the highlights of Andalusia in just one week and don't (but also if you do have a car), this guide is for you.
I personally tried this itinerary using long-distance buses to move around. I was traveling solo so this is a good way to save up some money as well.
I will divide the guide into
1. Day-by-day itinerary with suggestions on what to visit
2. Restaurants/bars I recommend
3. Tips, useful links, and insights about the cities

The region of Andalusia in Southern Spain is famous for its rich moorish history, great (free!) food and Flamenco. It had been on the bucket list of me and my best friend for ages and we finally booked the backpacking trip and explored the region going from city to city by public transportation. It was an unforgettable and beautiful adventure!
