Andalusia - 7 days itinerary
Day 1 - Malaga/Seville
To arrive in Seville, I suggest to fly either to Seville directly or, like in my case, to Malaga. Malaga has usually many more connections, especially with low cost companies, so check for the best deal!
Arriving in Malaga in the morning will still allow you to get some time in Seville. To get there, take a bus directly from the airport (link to the bus company I used at the end of the guide) and enjoy around 3 hours of relaxed journey.
I suggest finding a hotel/hostel in the city center so that you can walk everywhere. Sevilla is a compact city and you can move easily around with no need of local transportation.
Take this first day as a bit of time to familiarize yourself with the city. You can walk to the Cathedral and start seeing how imposing it is. If you travel during the Feria de Abril (more info at the end), you will also find everywhere people dressed up with traditional clothes. It is a unique experience but, at the same time, it means the city will be more packed and the prices will go up.
If you feel the energy, you can visit las Setas de Sevilla for the sunset:
