Belize is an incredible country with a treasure trove of natural wonders, rich cultural history and endless outdoor activities. There is something for all ages, all interests and all levels of activity. We recently spent a weekend in Ambergris Caye. This is not enough time to cover all the things I really wanted to do, which included a learning about ancient Mayan civilization and finding out more about the wildlife native to Belize.
