"You cannot visit Portugal without getting some Pastel De Nata ( Portuguese custard tarts) - they are perfect anytime of the day!
We visited here early in the morning as I had heard they can get busy and the tarts had just been freshly made! Grab a few (as they’re pretty well priced) and an espresso shot to start your morning.
I loved the custard of these tarts at this venue & it easily became my favourite during our Porto trip."

"Yes, it's a chain, but they were the best Pasteis de Nata I had in Porto, and came in a very close second to the ones sold by Pasteis de Belem in Lisbon. Always hot and perfectly crispy, these are a must try at any time of day."

"An espresso and pastel de nata is a typical Portuguese breakfast and though you are not in Lisbon it does not mean the sweet treat should be missed."
