"Pazin is one among the cutest little cities in the Istrian area of Croatia. People come to this place to admire Pazin cave, a natural formed abyss and in winter time Pazin is known for its fog, which creates the special atmosphere in the city. For history lovers there could be found Pazin castle with a city museum and etnographic museum as well. Here are a monastery and a church too, from the time of Gothic. First Tuesday of the month, here is a Pazin fair, the biggest one in Istria, which dates from 16th century. Close to Pazin, 10 min by car, nature lovers could admire Zarečki Krov - a rooftop of a cave with nice waterfall. People do jump and swim here also in the summertime! Also, interesting place to visit near Pazin is Sopot waterfall - the highest one in Istria. It can be reached from place called Floričići, turning in place Zajci and following the signalization. This place is for hikers as a part of the route has very steep unpaved roads."

"At the heart of Pazin stands the imposing Pazin Castle, perched above a deep gorge carved by the Pazinčica River, offering stunning views and a glimpse into the region's medieval past. The town’s location makes it a hub for exploring the nearby caves and karst formations, which attract nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike. Pazin's charming old town is characterized by its narrow streets and traditional architecture, while local markets and festivals provide a taste of Istrian culture and cuisine. With its rich history and striking natural features, Pazin offers a unique and engaging experience for visitors exploring the Istrian Peninsula."
