"Another fantastic spot for healthy and vegan eating is Sayuri. They also boast a great retail corner with numerous organic products, spirituality books, incense, and beeswax candles—a typical Ubud shop, if you will... But, more importantly, the food is great. I recommend trying the breakfast or brunch menu for a healthy start. Personally, I like the Big Boy Breaks (all raw) or the vegan omelette from the savory section, and for those with a sweet tooth, the smoothie bowl or the pancakes are delightful options. Also check out their gluten free pastry display, banana cake was surprisingly good."
