This is a Travel Guide for a trip to Istanbul in Turkiye.

It can take days, weeks, or even months to plan an independent trip properly and it can be scary. So in order not to waste your precious time, I'm here to help :)

You can find a lot of information about specific places on the Internet. Still, often that information is outdated, and it is difficult and time-consuming to find the most useful information.

So forget about travel agencies, save money and time, and grab my plans instead.

Şehzade Cağ Kebap

For an authentic meal try Sehzade Cag Kebap where there is only one thing on the menu (so you know it’s got to be good!). The tender kebabs arrive with a selection of sides and thin, delicious wraps to slide the meat off the metal skewers it arrives on. Wash it all down with Syrian, a classic yoghurt-based drink you’ll see all over Turkey.  The bustling street and quick service make this an unforgettable, authentic experience in Istanbul. 

Known for its delectable Cağ kebap—a traditional Turkish dish. Cağ kebap, prepared using tender marinated meat cooked on a horizontal skewer, is a highlight of the menu, showcasing the rich heritage of Turkish cuisine. 

This is hands down the best Kebap you will have in Turkey. Told to me by my Turkish friends, I tried it and absolutely agree! 

A great place for kebab in the city, but you should try as many places as you can. There's never enough kebab.
