"Panadería Rosetta in Mexico City is a renowned bakery that has become an icon in the city's culinary scene. Known for its exceptional pastries and bread, this beloved establishment combines traditional baking techniques with innovative flavours, resulting in irresistible treats. This was my favourite cafe in all of Mexico City, but be prepared, it's busy! They are well-known for their guava roll (a unique pastry and a must try in my opinion), but they have some other incredible pastries. My partner has been to France many times and said these are the best pastries he's had outside of France. You can line up to wait for a table on their street patio, sit at the bar in the side room, or simply order to go. Pro Tip: They are open late, so if you want to try their pastries, don't feel pressured to go in the morning, it's much quieter in the evening and you won't have to wait as long for a table. "

"This is a popular spot and I 100% get it. The guava roll and cinnamon roll are unbelievably delicious. Their sandwiches are also great. And if you’re in Mexico City for a little while and plan on doing some cooking, I recommend getting their sourdough, pesto, parmigiano reggiano, and fresh pasta. They also do free delivery if you’re around the area. If you don’t want to wait around for a table, I recommend getting your pastries to go and walk over to Plaza Río de Janeiro, sit on a bench, people watch, and eat your pastry. Check out their sister cafe, Café Nin. "

"Panadería Rosetta stands as one of the top culinary experiences in Mexico, renowned for crafting some of the country's most celebrated bread. For nearly a decade, this artisanal bakery has been a daily hub for slow-fermented sourdough creations"
