"I recently stayed at the St. Regis Rome, and I must say that it is truly a deluxe hotel offering luxury accommodation in the heart of Rome's historic centre. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from Piazza della Repubblica and a short walk from Via Veneto. It's also just a 15-minute walk from the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and the designer boutiques along Via Condotti.
The hotel's health club and spa are the perfect places to relax after a long day of exploring the city, and the traditional cuisine served at the restaurant is simply amazing. The St. Regis Rome also has several prestigious rooms suitable for meetings or events, complete with state-of-the-art equipment and elegant furnishings, such as Murano glass chandeliers.
The rooms themselves are luxurious and spacious, with air conditioning, an LCD TV, and an iPod docking station. I also appreciated the inclusion of a safe for laptops, minibar, and free toiletries.
Complimentary WiFi access is provided in the lobby and at Lumen Cocktails & Cuisine. The hotel's opulent interiors are stunning and range in style, making it the perfect choice for a superior stay in Rome. No wonder it was included in the World's 500 Best Hotels by Travel and Leisure in 2011 and has received many awards throughout the years."
