"The minute you know youā€™re going to Mexico City, go ahead and make your Pujol reservations. I always make my reservations at least 4 months in advance. Pujol is pricey, but also worth it. Theyā€™re known for their aged mole and despite being someone who isnā€™t a huge mole fan, I loved it. The interior is perfect. The waiters are so thoughtful. The soap in the bathroom smells good. The music is great. The menu changes a bit every few months, but certain items stay the same, such as the baby elote and mole. I think everybody should experience Pujol at least once in their life. And watch the Netflix Chefā€™s Table episode on it! It made me appreciate the meal even more, after knowing the process that went behind making the mole."

"This is a once in a lifetime dining experience. Pujol is often features on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list. You will need reservations to dine at Pujol, and you will want to make them well in advance. We were super lucky and got a daytime omakase reservation a few weeks ahead of our trip, but don't miss out on the full experience and book ahead! "
"Pujol shines brightly in Mexico City's gastronomic landscape, celebrated for its reinvention of traditional Mexican cuisine, skillfully melding time-honored flavors with contemporary culinary artistry, a true homage to Mexico's rich culinary legacy."
