"The 5th best pizzeria in Italy and 9th in the world!
180grammi is an incredible Roman style pizzeria serving up arguably the best pizza in town.
Jacopo Mercurio revolutionised round Roman pizza creating an incredible produce, along side the mind blowing fritti.
The menu is split into sections, with the classics on one side and the ever-changing innovative special pizzas.
In addition, there is a fantastic selection of fritti, being the deep-fried items, which also change often.
They have a great selection of wines and beers to pair alongside your food.
It is a little far out the centre, but very easily accessible through public transport (metro c line).
Be ready to experience Roman pizza and fritti from a different planet.
They have an online booking system, open on a 2 week basis. "

"A classic Roman pizzeria, but projected into the future. At its core, an hand-stretched dough with long fermentation times, and both classic and inventive toppings."
