Livio Colapinto
"Nebbia is a casual, small, minimalist restaurant that was opened in the centre of Milan in 2018 by three young friends: chefs Federico Fiore and Mattia Grilli, and sommelier Marco Marone. The trio worked in Michelin-starred restaurants all over Italy and at Le Chateaubriand in Paris before deciding to go out on their own.
Reminding of a French bistro the menu at Nebbia is quite short, a handful of starters, and a few main courses that are rotating very often. The strong point of this place is the quality of the raw materials: pan brioche with duck livers and Tropea onions, roasted pumpkin with goat's milk and sesame, risotto with Montoro onions, capers and bergamot are some of the dishes you might find dining there.
The flavours are all intense and well balanced, in a place were no detail is left to chance and the atmosphere is pleasant."
