"Cimarra 4 is a must-visit while in Rome! Their appetizers, pastas, and desserts are all inherently gluten-free. They've elevated Roman classics to the next level with their attention to detail. For example, their cacio e pepe is made with 6 different black pepper varieties and their carbonara is "tartufata" (made with truffle). Then they make gluten-containing and gluten-free pizzas (cooked in a separate oven and upcharged 50 cents for GF).
They also offer delivery with Deliveroo and Glovo."
