What people say

"The pub has a history dating back to the late 18th century and was originally known as the “Church-on-the-Hill”. During the 1800s, Winston Churchill’s Grandparents were regular visitors which eventually led to the naming of the pub after World War 2 – in honour of Churchills grandchild, the wartime Prime Minister from 1940-1945 (and again from 1951-1955) Winston Churchill. One of the most striking features of the Churchill Arms is its exterior, which is decorated with flowers and greenery. "

"Really cool on the Pub side. Need to order at the bar. Not a lot of seats. Serve good Thai from the restaurant side, but you need a reservation as it was really busy. Really cool place for a pint."
