If you’re coming to Barcelona for only 1 day, you’ve got a lot to see and not a lot of time to do it. Here is my guide to what I would do if I only had 1 DAY in Barcelona. 

This itinerary has been created to make the most out of your limited time in Barcelona; covering a lot of ground, while seeing some of the most important and iconic parts of the city. It's an ambitious day, but one that's been organized to explore many of Barcleona's different nieghborhoods, see some of the most important momuments, get some of the best views, and eat some of the best local foods!

I strongly believe that the best way to get in touch with the culture and traditions of a country is to visit different cities that identify it. As far as Spain is concerned, this concept is even stronger because Catalonia and Andalusia are similar in some ways but different in others and crossing different cities to get to know the different facets is the best thing and the one I recommend. This trip turned out to be wonderful and I hope it will be helpful to those who want to plan a tour similar to the one I did. Spain is a land that transmits positivity. The weather is almost always good and sunny, the people very sociable and helpful, the food very good and the culture very strong and identifying.

Barcelona History Museum MUHBA

The MUHBA museums are spread throughout the city and focus on Barcelona’s history, from its Roman origins to the medieval and modern eras.
Free Entrance: Every Sunday after 3 pm.

Entrance Fee: 7€, free on the 1st Sunday of every month. 
If you enjoy history, this is a great stop to learn about Barcelona and visit under the city.
