What’s the weather like in May?
Check the weather before you come, but May is one of, if not the best month to tends to be the month where we start to see warmer temperatures in the city. Plan on being outside, enjoying the sun, but make sure to bring some layers for the evenings and nights. Sweaters, sweatshirts, and lighter jackets should be enough to be comfortable. The daily average temperature is around 66 Fahrenheit (19 Celsius), with lows at 55 Fahrenheit (13 Celsius). Those temperatures will fluctuate and it might be even warmer during the days. Especially towards the end of the month. You’ll need to plan for fluctuating weather, but on the whole it’s a very pleasant time in the city.
