Logan Faure
"Bebek (Duck) is widely consumed on the island, and many restaurants specialize in it. Bebek Tepi Sawah is an institution in Ubud established in 1999 and still very popular. They have chicken and fish as well, but why bother? Just go for the Tepi Sawah Grilled duck (or fried version). Also, a great dish to try and very traditional is the Bebek Timbungan, cooked inside a bamboo stem with a consistency of a curry or stew. An extra portion of Bebek sate (duck skewer) served on a lemongrass stick can't hurt. Pair all of it with Indonesian iced tea or a coconut water."
