"Berni´s Nudelbrett is located in Munich City Center right next to Marienplatz. On warm days you can enjoy your meal outside. The wooden interior gives you a Bavarian feel and the window offers a great view of the Viktualienmarkt. They offer gluten-free pasta and otherwise they have a selection of different salads, meat and fish where celiacs could also choose something from. Make sure to communicate that it has to be gluten-free. I tried the pasta and salad and enjoyed it :)"

This guide is for everyone who is searching for gluten-free places while traveling in Munich! As a celiac who grew up in Munich, I have tried a lot of different restaurants and made both bad and great experiences regarding the knowledge of the waiters and the gluten-free alternatives. There are many more restaurants and cafés in Munich where one can enjoy something gluten-free, but it is important to explain it to the waiters when you order. In this guide though, I only recommend places I am sure that have the experience and knowledge to avoid contamination.
