"I worked with Dario Cecchini in his shop from 1998-2000, before he added on the restaurants. He created great products which were used in the local restaurants and wine bars as well as the incredible steaks of course. His family has been butchers for 250 years. You always need a reservation. Yes you can go if you are a vegetarian as well. He has vegetarian menu and Gluten free as well. If it's too much food, stop at the Panino Truck on the road leaving town towards Castellina The hours listed are for the actual butcher shop to buy meat or his other products on sale. I always get his Profumo di Chianti salt and some Fiori di Finocchio, wild fennel pollen. "
