Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo

"Docking Bay 7 is the main quick-service restaurant in Galaxy’s Edge. The coolest part of this restaurant is that it’s housed in a “working” hangar bay. When you walk in, make sure to look up and around. There’s a ton to see! There is a variety of dishes to choose from, including chicken, beef, and vegan options, all themed after creatures/locations from a galaxy far, far away. Some of our personal favorites are the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread - plant-based meatballs, herb hummus, tomato-cucumber relish, and pita. The flavor is amazing, and it’s a light meal so you won’t feel weighed down for your adventures. Another favorite is the Batuuan Beef and Crispy Topato Stir-fry, which has smoky braised beef glazed in tamarind sauce, served with stir-fried mushrooms and vegetables, crispy herb yucca, pickled onions, and cilantro. There is so much flavor to this dish! The tamarind sauce is delicious, and we LOVE the crispy yucca. You can also grab a variety of themed drinks here, a side for your meal, and a tasty dessert, the Outpost Puff, which is a chocolate pastry filled with Guajillo chocolate mousse finished with Thai tea panna cotta, spiced pineapple, and confectionary debris. And if you’re into collecting sippers, you can grab the Light Up! Acid Spitter Orb Sipper here. There is so much to eat here that everyone in your party will definitely find something they love."
