"The Skyline trail is to me THE most beautiful hike in Nova Scotia, and probably a top 5 in all of Canada! Not only it's very easy, it's a gravel trail with barely any incline, but the view at the end is spectacular. The trail is turning into a boardwalk and endless stairs going down the hill that feel like they're going straight into the ocean. You don't have to go all the way down the stairs though, the best view from my opinion is at the top. You will also get to see the Cabot Trail from an other perspective. If you have time, I absolutely recommend doing this hike during daytime AND for sunset, as it feels even more special at that time of the day, with the sky meeting the ocean. "

"This is THE hike to do in the area. It’s super accessible for families and anyone who prefers a flatter surface. Plenty of parking. The entire trail is wide and either gravel or well-maintained boardwalk. Suggest doing the loop counter clockwise for better views on the way out. An incredibly scenic walk. The view from the spur is incredible. Took us less than two hours with not much stopping. We got started before 9 on a Friday and it wasn’t too crowded but it was definitely getting more busy as we were leaving."
