"British Columbia wie es im Bilderbuch steht: Panorama Ridge ist die wahrscheinlich eindrucksvollste (und anstrengendste) Tageswanderung rund um Vancouver. Knapp 30 Kilometer führt sie euch durch den Garibaldi Provincial Park, vorbei an wunderschönen Gebirgszügen, Wäldern, Blumenwiesen und schlußendlich um den türkisblauen See Garibaldi. Damit ihr im Sommer um spätestens 20 Uhr wieder am Parkplatz seid, rate ich euch, die Wanderung spätestens gegen 8 Uhr in der Früh zu beginnen.
Kurz & Knapp:
• 20 Kilometer und circa 11 Stunden Rundweg
• 1520 Höhenmeter
• Camping erlaubt, sodass ihr die Wanderung auf zwei Tage verteilen könnt
