"Located in Largo da Graça, in the parish of São Vicente, Igreja da Graça is currently considered one of the most beautiful churches in the Portuguese capital, due to its architectural grandeur and history.
Founded in the 13th century, in 1291, the Church of Graça underwent numerous changes throughout its history, particularly after the 1755 earthquake, where various styles from different periods are still present today, such as the Baroque and Manueline styles.
Inside the Church of Graça, the tiles from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries stand out, as well as the gilded work on the Rococo-style altars and the 18th-century sculptures in the intermediate chapels.
The baroque decoration of the sacristy, with the allegorical ceiling, the large panel of Relics and the tomb of D. Mendo de Fóios Pereira are other points of interest in this place.
Since 1910, the Church of Graça has been classified as a National Monument."
