"A affordable place in Shkodër. They have private rooms for couples or a group of four. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and free Raki in the evening. A coffee machine that you can use all day for free and a kitchen with equipment. They also have a washing machine + dryer 5€ and bike rental for 3€ a day. "
