I particularly enjoyed the eggs Benedict and flans. However, I find his pastries to be a bit too sweet, and the same comment goes for his little cookies and Madeleines on the retail shelves. On a second visit, I also tried his chicken mustard sandwich and really enjoyed it. For me, the best seat is the one facing the pastry laboratory—I'm always so hypnotized by the chefs doing their magic."
