Kedai Binggo

"If you were to ask any Indonesian about their favorite dish, 99% of them would answer "Babi Guling" (Roast Pig). There are two institutions in the regions of Badung and Tabanan, and one of them is Kedai Binggo, a charming outdoor restaurant located in a family house garden. There are two main outdoor dining areas, one near the kitchen and another further into the garden with a fantastic view of the fields (I recommend the area further in). You can choose to dine in typical bamboo huts or at regular tables. Here, the star of the show is, of course, the pork. While you're here, go for the full "paket binggo babi bakul" which includes ribs, rice, fried skin, peanut sautéed spinach, and a small broth. Heads up, it's going to be a heavy meal, but you can't leave Bali without trying this classic dish."
