The menu is hand written on a chalkboard that rotates across the restaurant. On Tuesday and Thursday you might find horse meat on the menu, while Tuesday and Fridays are rich with seafood. Classic staples like Amatriciana and Carbonara are always on the menu. Lots of vegetable options on the menu since the owner is a professional (he used to own a produce shop in the center of Rome).
