Brighton is an easy trip from London. You can do it on a day trip or a weekend break. Its a great place to get a feel for a typical UK seaside town. It became popular especially in the Victorian times when doctors would send their patients to the seaside for its health benefits. Its believed that the sound/ of water can relax our nervous system and a whole other list of things. I have included our regular spots and things we like to do when we go and where we usually stay. I have also included a day trip we did to Virginia Woolf's house which would be great when you've got more than one day in the area. This is probably a combo of a map/detailed guide as I've put a lot of information on each place card.
