Mist Trailhead

"Why: Leads you to a massive waterfall that creates a mist on the trail Length: 3 miles round trip to Vernal Fall, 7 miles round trip to Nevada Fall Parking: There is no parking right before the trailhead. You can get there by shuttle stoping at #16. Or walk from Curry Village (add about 1.5 miles to hike) or the Yosemite Valley Trailhead parking Best Time to Go: The waterfall flows the most in the spring and early summer. I don't recommend going in the winter because of the snow, ice and closures on the trail. Tips: -If you stop at Vernal Fall Footbridge the hike is moderate, if you keep going it is strenuous -Bring enough water and snacks -The granite steps before the waterfall can be slippery and loose, so you need to be extra careful -Download the area on Google Maps so you can have access offline Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/vdLRSfmMyDg4KHq36"
