What people say

"This place would be a dream to visit. Its considered one of the best restaurants in the world. Reservations are hard to come by even with our friends who actually live in Copenhagen. Its about $600 per person not including wine the last time I checked. I'd sign up to their email list to have early access to reservations. They filmed an episode of 'The Bear' here. I used to freak out with even thinking about going to places like this. However when I started doing more fancier restaurants I realised it was more like an immersive 'dinner theatre' and it was easier to understand the price. They often take hours to get through and are such a lovely experience and it will blow your mind how they can turn food into a means of artistic expression. We don't do these places very often but I do think everyone deserves to go to a place like this at least once in your life. So don't be turned off by the words 'Michelin' restaurant and give it a go if you've never been. Life is short and experiencing what these amazing chefs can do with food will be something you'll never forget. "
"Three Michelin Stars and led by super chef René Redzepi who basically sparked the transformation of the Copenhagen food scene. Haven't been yet - but will report back come August 2024, once I've more than likely fallen into the full hype. "
