"Though it's a bit of a hike away from the center, Pasticceria Gualtieri is worth a visit while in Florence. They are AIC accredited and have a separate space in the bakery where they prepare the gluten free items. Everything gluten free is in a case in the front of the shop and each pastry is individually sealed in plastic. I love the attention to detail and safety! I really enjoyed starting my morning with a cornetto and a caffe con panna. "

"If you are in this part of town, this Pasticceria is worth a visit. It's in a more residential part of the city and beloved by many locals for morning coffee and pastries. "
