Mister Pizza
@celiacinitaly
Mister Pizza is one of the few AIC accredited pizzerias that has a dedicated gluten free oven which, as a celiac who takes cross-contact very seriously, is a breath of fresh air. They have a dedicated GF prep zone in the kitchen, a dedicated oven, and the whole kitchen uses corn flour so there is no airborne gluten.
My appreciation for their security measures aside, they make some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve had in all of Italy. I don’t say that lightly. It’s incredibly delicious.
Definitely visit Mister Pizza while in Florence.

➡️Armed with years of first-hand experience, I know the Italian celiac scene like the back of my hand🇮🇹Plus, I live here! My recommendations are always up-to-date🤓

➡️I have personal relationships with the chefs of many gluten free restaurants nationwide. I can get you reservations just by sending a text📲
➡️My degree is in medical anthropology and I wrote my thesis about the impact of culture on the quality of life for celiacs. Not only have I been living with celiac disease for many years, but I've also studied the social aspect of our condition inside and out🤓
➡️On top of celiac disease I have a wheat allergy and a plethora of other conditions. Helping you navigate multiple intolerances is not a problem!💕
