Hart Bageri

"Hart Bageri is many people's Copenhagen favorite, with a head baker who's resume includes Copenhagen's Noma and San Francisco's Tartine. They offer a full pastry and coffee menu, with a couple of sandwiches on offer as well. While it wasn't my favorite bakery (I found both Juno and Andersen & Maillard pastries to be superior), it is certainly worth a stop on your Copenhagen bakery tour. This location is their newest, quite close to Copenhagen Contemporary Museum. It's a bigger footprint than their Fredericksburg location, and includes outdoor seating."
