"One of the few pizza joints in Florence to have "Tre Spicchi Gambero Rosso" ("three slices" out of three for one of Italy's most respected food magazines).
This is the best pizzeria to stop at if you don't feel like sitting down, but just want to grab a quick slice from the counter. Seating also available.
It's also the best place to go to for thick and juicy Roman-style pizza by the slice.
Let Roberta or Graziano guide you in learning about what's available that day, many of the pizzas they make are unique and you won't find them anywhere else.
Take note that the higher price tag is due to the very high quality of the ingredients.
Fun fact: Graziano has been feeding his "mother dough" (sourdough starter) for almost 20 years. "

"This pizzeria won as one of the BEST in all of Italy. It's just a couple of blocks from the San Ambrogio Market in a lovely little piazza."

"GREAT pizza option right in the center! Uses stone ground regional wheat for their crust. You can't go wrong. "
