"Cap Spartel is one of a triumvirate of tourist attractions in the western area of Tangier. Here is the spot where the Mediterranean and teh Atlantic meet. There is a touristic sign (makes a good photo op) and you can tour the lighthouse for a fee. If you go down the cliff from the touristic sign there is a wonderful hiking path/walking path that will allow you to explore some of the beautiful cliffs around the sight."
